Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with bank partners to drive the sale of life insurance products through the Banca Channel
- Conduct field sales activities to generate leads and drive sales of life insurance products
- Collaborate with bank partners to create sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Provide training and support to bank staff on life insurance products and processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to management
- Identify and address customer needs to build long-term relationships and loyalty
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bancassurance and life insurance sales
- Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
