This policy, in conjunction with Terms and Conditions and Refund and Cancellation Policy, summarizes how the data submitted on erekrut.com by the you, 'the user' which includes Jobseeker, Company, and Campus, as defined in Terms and Conditions, is processed, used and apportioned when the 'user' access EREKRUT's websites and services, including via mobile] or interact with EREKRUT. Notices / updates shall be placed along with the date of revision on erekrut.com. If the changes are material, EREKRUT will notify the user via newsletter on the email address provided by the user at the time of registration/account creation on erekrut.com and/or obtain the user's consent as required by law.

1. Data That EREKRUT collectes

Subject to the Terms and Conditions and policies stated herein, EREKRUT collect, use and disclose:

• User's First name and last name, or company name, or title or logo - which is provided by the user at the time of account creation for facilitating transactions and personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT.
• Email Address - which is provided by the user at the time of account creation, for user-to-user and EREKRUT-to-user communications and combating fraud/abuse. The Email Address can be used by the other 'users' for sending updates, such as job updates, by subscribing or opting or sharing the Email Address details on the EREKRUT.
• Phone number - which is provided by the user at the time of account creation for user-to-user communications, combating fraud/abuse, personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT. The details will be shared with payment processors and phone verification service providers. The phone number can be used by the other 'users' for sending updates, such as job updates, subscribed to, or shared the phone number details.
• Mailing or Street Address - which is provided by the user at the time of account creation and post creation, which is used by EREKRUT while communicating with corporate users, facilitating transactions and personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT. The details will be shared with payment processors when the user pays at EREKRUT portal using a credit or debit card.
• Credit / Debit Card data - which is provided by the user for facilitating transactions. The details will not be stored or saved by EREKRUT beyond what is permitted by the law, and for facilitation of transaction. The details will be disclosed to the Payment processors only when the user pays at EREKRUT using a credit or debit card. Refer to our Payment and Refund policy for more details.
• Geographic location - which is collected from the user, and the user IP/geolocation providers, for personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT and combating fraud/abuse.
• Photos and other data - which the user voluntarily provides, post on or send via EREKRUT, for facilitating and personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT.
• Saved searches, account preferences, favorite/hidden postings - which is provided by the user for facilitating and personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT.
• HTTP browser cookie - which is collected by the user's browser, EREKRUT web server, for facilitating and personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT and combating fraud/abuse.
• IP address - which is collected from the user's browser, mobile app, used for IP/geolocation providers combating fraud/abuse. The details will be shared with the service providers that help will help EREKRUT combat fraud/abuse.
• Information about the user's device and browser such as device ID, browser version, operating system, plugins - which is collected from the user's browser and mobile app, for facilitating and personalizing the user's use of EREKRUT and combating fraud/abuse.
• Web page views, access times, HTTP headers - which is collected from The user's browser and mobile app for combating fraud and abuse.
• The user is advised to exercise their discretion and eschew disclosure of their information/details, which includes personal details, payments details, etc., to another user, or third party, on EREKRUT platform or on EREKRUT messaging. EREKRUT will not be liable for any damage, loss, fraud or violation of their data, privacy, etc., that is caused to the user by such disclosures.

• We retain data as needed for conducive user experience, to facilitate and personalize the user's use of EREKRUT, combat fraud/abuse and/or as required by law.

• We do not sell The user’s data with third parties other than users (Company & Campuses) for marketing purposes. The user’s data is shared via ARDEX feature with Companies and Campuses on EREKRUT which may be downloaded by them and used later for the purposes other than Jobs & Placements.
• We may engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs.
• We may gather user behavior data and other tracking features for marketing purposes and for enhancing user experience.
• We may send communications for marketing purposes related to offerings on EREKRUT. User may receive communication from Company or Campus on EREKRUT on the Mobile / Email / WhatsApp or any other channel provided by the user on Erekrut.
• We reserve the right to use the user’s logo, the name, title, and/or other credentials as our client on our website or other promotional materials without taking confirmation in writing.
• Please review privacy policies of any third-party sites and payment gateway linked to from EREKRUT.

4. International Users

EREKRUT is intended solely for use by individuals who understand that their data will be shared and used by USERs on EREKRUT. If you are located in the EU or EEA, you may consider yourself prohibited from using this website/app or providing any personal data due to applicability of laws in EU or EEA. • Your data is not completely wiped out despite deactivation of your account as EREKRUT is a pre-hiring assessment platform and while You were active, if you have appeared for any linked assessment, your linkage still be active but will show your profile as inactive and will not appear in any new searches.
• Should this breaches your privacy ethics or privacy laws of your country, you may please avoid registering at EREKRUT and shall not use the Erekrut services considering illegal to use.

6. Disclaimer

• The provision of personal data in accordance with the present section is necessary for the performance of the contract between the user and EREKRUT. If the user does not ascribe to any of the terms set forth herein or in the terms of Use, the user should not enter into a contract with the EREKRUT. EREKRUT does not guarantee the authenticity and veracity of the post of the other users.
• EREKRUT does not authorize a user to spam message other users for commercial activities. EREKRUT only facilitates interaction between ‘users’ for business and job seeking purposes as per the Terms and Conditions and can’t moderate the activities, post and discussion. Under no circumstances EREKRUT will be liable for any post, information, discussions, links, dissemination of ideas, thoughts, etc., posted by a user or shared between the users.
• By accessing EREKRUT or providing data on EREKRUT, the user agrees that EREKRUT may use and disclose data collected as described herein or as communicated to the user, and transmit it outside the user’s resident jurisdiction, and store it on servers in India or elsewhere.
• EREKRUT may be required to disclose Personal Information or Financial Information to governmental institutions or authorities under any law or judicial decree. EREKRUT may also do so in its sole discretion, deems it necessary in order to facilitate running of its operations, protect its rights, or the rights of users, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk, or to enforce or apply the Terms of Use. EREKRUT shall not be responsible for the manner or method in which such institutions and authorities use or disclose such information.
