Job Description
- Provide technical support over the phone to international clients
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a variety of devices
- Assist customers with setting up and configuring equipment
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to escalate and resolve issues
- Stay current on the latest technology trends and updates
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Display excellent communication and problem-solving skills
