Budget: ₹1.8 Lakh Per month – ₹2.0 Lakh Per month

Candidates must have genuine ServiceNow Architect experience, with at least 3 years in an Architect role.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide architectural leadership across the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable, secure and innovative solutions that improve automation, user experience and enterprise integration.
The Architect will act as a technical authority across ServiceNow, supporting internal implementations and multiple customer instances while ensuring strong governance, security, performance and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and define ServiceNow architectural design.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, performance and maintainability.
- Act as a technical authority across the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide cross-module architectural guidance.
- Ensure compliance, governance and ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture.
- Drive process definition, re-engineering, process improvement and automation.
- Perform gap analysis against current and best-practice processes.
- Develop technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Define current-state and future-state architecture.
- Design and oversee ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise platforms.
- Facilitate seamless integration and user experiences.
- Design, develop and deploy Agentic AI capabilities.
- Contribute to AI-native initiatives.
- Participate in pre-sales engagements.
- Provide technical input for bids, proposals and tender documentation.
- Deliver consultancy and Professional Services for customer projects.
- Support multiple ServiceNow instances and customer environments.
- Test, review and oversee ServiceNow solution releases.
- Ensure platform health, compliance and security.
- Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and industry trends.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to other team members.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall ServiceNow experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow Architect experience
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow instances.
- Strong cross-module ServiceNow knowledge.
- Enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience creating comprehensive ServiceNow architecture plans.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong governance and technical decision-making capabilities.
Mandatory Certifications
Must Have
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At Least ONE of the Following
- Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
- Implementation Specialist – Discovery
- Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (ITSM)
ServiceNow AI Experience
Strong experience or exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities is required, particularly:
- Now Assist
- AI Agents
- Agentic AI
- AI-driven automation
- AI-native ServiceNow initiatives
- Integration of ServiceNow AI capabilities with enterprise platforms
Candidates should be able to explain how AI can be incorporated into enterprise ServiceNow architecture while maintaining appropriate governance, security and scalability.
