Job Location: Field Sales Executive / Manager
Location: Bangalore
salary: ₹3.5–6 LPA
Experience: 1–3 Years in Field Sales – Orthopaedic Division
Languages Required: English, Hindi, and Kannada
Role Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive / Manager to promote and sell medical products within the orthopaedic division.
The role involves regular field visits to orthopaedic doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate leads, build strong professional relationships, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor Visits & Relationship Building
- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals regularly within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.
- Educate doctors on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain engagement and relationships.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits.
- Track potential clients and follow up for conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Product Promotion & Sales
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals.
- Answer product-related queries and address objections effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily and weekly field visit reports.
- Report market intelligence and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of samples, stock, and promotional materials.
Market Development
- Expand the customer base within assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare and orthopaedic market.
- Attend local medical conferences and industry events when required.
Compliance & Ethics
- Follow company policies and applicable industry ethical standards.
- Ensure sales activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
- Avoid offering unauthorized incentives or violating local healthcare laws.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Marketing.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in the orthopaedic division.
- Experience in meeting orthopaedic doctors and promoting medical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and regular customer visits.
