Job Description
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and job boards)
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the position
- Update job descriptions and job specifications as needed
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract talent
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions
