Job Title: Trainers-Tech & Non-Tech – K‑12 Segment
Base Locations: Delhi/NCR – Must be open to relocate
Job Type: Full‑time, Work‑from‑Site
Experience: 2–4 years ( Training in K‑12)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized training programs and workshops across various subjects to cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
- Lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using a mix of instructional methods and multimedia tools for great participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and relevance of our training initiatives.
- Create training videos for our Learning Management System with ease and proficiency.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of concepts, showing their practical applications in real-life business scenarios.
- Facilitate offline/online demo workshops in schools according to the requirements.
- Maintain documentation like reports and trackers as assigned.
- Assist in developing, editing, and proofreading learning materials, including documentation, reference guides, and handouts, to support training sessions effectively.
- Contribute actively to various company projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities which will accelerate your growth in the company.
- Demonstrate adaptability to new technologies, processes, and standards in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: 3-6 LPA
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills

Strong Time management skills

Level B2 to C1 of English proficiency.

Basic to Intermediate Microsoft proficiency

Familiar with Graphic design tools like Canva, etc.

Creative and open to learning
-
Bachelor's degree in English Hons. (preferred) or related field or equivalent.

TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
