We are Hiring: Business Development Executive (Female)
Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area (Nearest metro- Shalimar bagh)
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

About Us:
We are a fast-growing, creative consumer brand (Papboo) known for our designer stationery and gifting products. We are expanding our team and looking for a confident, persuasive, and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join us in building strong business relationships and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients across India
- Pitch products, explain brand offerings, and handle queries professionally
- Follow up on leads, maintain call records, and convert interest into sales
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and lead nurturing
- Help build and update client databases
Requirements:
- Female candidate with 1-2 years of telesales or tele calling experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Basic English preferred)
- Ability to understand and pitch product features effectively
- Good knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for maintaining records
- Bonus: Experience working on B2B portals (like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
