Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Present and promote company products or services over the phone
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English language
- Previous experience as a telecaller or in telesales
- Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
