Job Title: Head of Operations & Growth

Location: Bangalore (Preferred)

Compensation

  • Fixed CTC: ₹12,00,000 per annum
  • Performance Variable: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹18,00,000 per annum

We are looking for someone who enjoys building those systems. Someone who can improve the way we operate internally while also helping us win new business. You will work directly with the Founder and will have the freedom to shape how the agency operates.

What You Will Own

  • Build scalable operating systems and document SOPs across every department.
  • Create KPI scorecards that measure productivity, quality, utilisation and accountability.
  • Lead weekly operations reviews and identify opportunities to improve delivery.
  • Improve project management, resource planning and client onboarding.
  • Build an internal knowledge base, training documents and onboarding processes.
  • Manage the agency CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Build outbound email sequences and sales workflows.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Pitch Performance Marketing, SEO and AI Search services to D2C and B2B businesses.
  • Prepare proposals, support negotiations and help close new retainers across India, the Middle East and the United States.
  • Build dashboards that track operational health, profitability, pipeline and client retention.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in agency operations or a fast growing startup.
  • A solid understanding of Performance Marketing and SEO. You do not need to run campaigns, but you should understand how successful agencies deliver them.
  • Experience creating SOPs, playbooks and operational documentation.
  • Experience building KPI frameworks and performance scorecards.
  • Agency sales experience, including pitching marketing services to D2C and B2B companies.
  • Experience setting up outbound email pipelines and sales automation.
  • Hands on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with prospects in the Middle East and US markets.
  • Strong commercial thinking with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Should be an MBA grad

Your First 90 Days

First 30 Days

  • Understand every team, client and workflow.
  • Audit existing processes and identify the biggest bottlenecks.
  • Build an operational improvement roadmap.

Days 31 to 60

  • Roll out priority SOPs and KPI scorecards.
  • Implement reporting dashboards.
  • Launch structured outbound sales processes.

Days 61 to 90

  • Take ownership of weekly operations meetings.
  • Improve delivery consistency and reporting.
  • Create a predictable sales pipeline with measurable activity.

  • The agency operates through documented systems instead of founder dependency.
  • Every team has clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Projects are consistently delivered on time.
  • A healthy outbound sales engine generates qualified opportunities every month.
