Job Description:
SKYSOFTWORK is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are passionate about sales, communication, and helping businesses grow through customized website and digital solutions. This role offers two options: salary-based or commission-based, depending on your preference and experience level.
If you have a go-getter attitude, enjoy connecting with clients (especially restaurant owners or real estate professionals), and want to earn based on your performance, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and online outreach

Present and pitch our digital services (website design, development, etc.) tailored to client needs
-
Focus on client sectors like restaurants, real estate, and other small to medium businesses

Set appointments or close sales based on your track (salary or commission)

Maintain and update lead records in CRM
-
Achieve weekly/monthly targets

Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
-
Provide feedback and reporting on client responses and market trends
Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills
-
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined

Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or B2B outreach is a plus

Basic understanding of website and digital services is desirable

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Compensation:
-
Option 1 – Salary-Based: Fixed monthly salary + incentives
-
Option 2 – Commission-Based: High commission per sale (ideal for freelancers or part-timers)
