Seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our growing talented team. The ideal candidate will be required to manage the application, database, deployment and support for various business needs.

Looking for professionals who have started their career into Development and Coding; have grown into Tech Lead roles followed by further transition into Project Management

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the business end users and technology teams.
• You will be responsible for understanding business and system requirements based on the product need in the form of stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive projects from Inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals. Identify, analyze, mitigate and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks.
• Execute delivery process so that the distributed resources can work as an effective, objective driven and collaborative global team.
• Provide leadership and help foster a work culture that recognizes, supports individual differences in work-styles, personalities, cultures and values to maximize team performance and effectively achieve team goals.
• Putting in place a continuous improvement program with focus on identifying and implementing best practices, measuring performance and drive improvements.
• Leverage the existing tools or put in place new ones to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Helping manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, new vendor selection processes, renewal solutions, maintenance and support.
• Demonstrated ability in managing a global delivery model
• Demonstrated ability to define, manage and measure Global IT delivery processes
• Strong leader with proven ability to manage resources & develop a high-performing team of IT Professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Must have 10+ years of overall development environment experience
• Must have 3+ years of Hands-on leadership and end-to-end ownership of leading and delivering platforms and products by leveraging modern technology stack (MEAN Stack, Microservices, AWS Cloud, DevOps)
• Must have experience with CI/CD software development process
• Must have experience in Scrum Agile methodology.
• Proficient knowledge of Amazon Cloud services.
• Proficiency in utilizing applications such as swagger, Postman, Bitbucket and Github
• Excellent analytical & Problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
