Job Description

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Flipkart seller hub
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations
- Coordinate with HR administration to onboard new hires and ensure smooth transition
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees
- Handle employee relations issues and address HR-related queries
- Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and HR initiatives to enhance talent acquisition
