Job Summary & Urgency

We are urgently seeking a highly Creative and Results-Driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for strategizing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to drive engagement, community growth, and viral reach for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in an agency setting and can hit the ground running.

We are prioritizing candidates with a short notice period (15 days or less) or immediate availability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement cutting-edge social media strategies (organic and paid) across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with client business objectives.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation and scheduling of high-quality, timely content (posts, stories, reels, ads) that generates buzz and builds loyal communities.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting strategies, sharing reports, and ensuring seamless communication. Good command of English speaking skills is mandatory for effective client interaction.
  • Creative Execution: Collaborate with designers and copywriters, and possess a basic working knowledge of Canva for quick content adjustments and creation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze key social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and report measurable ROI to clients.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience working specifically within a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
  • Creativity: Demonstrated flair for generating innovative and engaging content ideas.
  • Technical: Basic proficiency and operational comfort with Canva.
  • Language: Must have Good English Speaking skills for clear and professional client interaction.
  • Equipment: Must own and utilize their personal laptop for work.


Work Structure and Benefits

  • Work Model: Work From Office (WFO).
  • Daily Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Standard Work Week: 5 Days (Typically Monday to Friday).
  • Saturday Schedule:
    • 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday: Work From Home (WFH).
    • 2nd and 4th Saturday: Leave (Paid Off).
  • Paid Leave (PL) Policy: 1.5 Paid Leaves allowed per month. Unused leaves can be carried forward.
