Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
Experience: CA Fresher to 1 Year
CTC: ₹6–7 LPA
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our GST and Indirect Tax practice. The candidate will be responsible for handling GST compliance, advisory, audits, litigation support, refund claims, and client representation before tax authorities. This role offers exposure to a wide range of indirect tax matters across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle GST compliance and advisory assignments for multiple clients.
- Prepare and review GST returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
- Represent clients before GST authorities for assessments, notices, audits, and other GST-related matters.
- Conduct GST audits and assurance engagements.
- Prepare and file GST refund applications and manage end-to-end refund processes.
- Draft technical opinions, advisory notes, and responses to GST notices.
- Research GST laws, notifications, circulars, advance rulings, and judicial precedents.
- Advise clients on GST implications, tax positions, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely updates to clients.
- Assist in implementing technology-driven solutions to improve GST compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal teams for effective resolution of tax matters.
