Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) – AI Procurement Platform
Company: MProcure Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time | 100% In-Office

Role Overview
At MProcure, we aren't just selling software — we are revolutionizing how the construction and real estate industries operate by putting procurement on AI-driven autopilot.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team onsite at our Pune office. The role involves connecting with builders, developers, and construction leaders across India, identifying high-value prospects, demonstrating technology solutions, and building a strong sales pipeline.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience.
- Experience in ERP sales is a strong plus.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time in-office from Pimple Saudagar, Pune.
- Comfortable working with multiple tools on laptops or mobile devices.
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- High-energy, resilient, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Proactively reach out to target prospects through cold calls, emails, and social touchpoints.
- Qualify leads and book high-value demo meetings.
- Connect with builders, developers, and construction leaders across India.
Follow-Ups & Prospect Engagement
- Keep prospects engaged through relevant marketing collateral.
- Draft tailored post-demo proposals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team onsite to close opportunities.
