Job Title : Sales manager
Job Location : Connaught Place, Delhi
Salary/ Budget : 25K to 50K PM
Experience Required : 2 Year Real Estate Sales
Gender : Females Only
Company Description: Luxury Kapoor Hills Pvt. Ltd., established in 2020, specializes in ultra-luxury mountain residences and investment opportunities, offering tailored solutions through unique thematic projects in Uttarakhand with a mission to blend intricate architecture, luxury, and India’s cultural heritage.
We are looking for 2 female Candidates for the profile of Sales Manager.
Work includes:
Customer Relationship, Calling, Sales, Site Visit. Should be ease in travelling for work (Delhi and Rishikesh). Candidate should be presentable with good speaking skill. Interested Candidate can join immediately.
Requirments:
- Proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience in real estate is a plus
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field would be a plus
Schedule:
- Morning shift (10 AM to 7 PM)
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus on Target achivement
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Connaught Place, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Graduate (Required)
