The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients in the cannabis industry, driving sales revenue, and providing excellent customer service. This role will involve prospecting new business, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Field Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a passion for the cannabis industry. Previous sales experience in the cannabis or related industry is preferred. Job Description

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the assigned territory
- Identify new sales opportunities and effectively manage a sales pipeline
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Negotiate deals and contracts with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Build and maintain a solid understanding of the Cannabie Lifestyles product line and communicate effectively with clients about product features and benefits
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the cannabis industry to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the sales manager
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to cannabis sales
- Drive initiatives to increase client retention and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
