Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior Contracting (Turnkey Execution)

Experience Required: 5–10 years (Interior Contracting / Fit-out Mandatory)

Salary: 8-12 LPA

Archer Interiors is a turnkey interior contracting firm with ~20 years of experience executing high-end commercial and residential projects. We specialize in execution—partnering with architects, interior designers, and clients to deliver projects with precision, quality, and accountability.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the interior contracting / fit-out execution space.

This is a revenue-focused role, requiring the candidate to independently generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

Outcome Expectation

This role is expected to directly contribute to business growth by generating and closing projects, with measurable revenue impact within the first 1–3 months.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

Identify, pursue, and secure new business across commercial offices, retail, hospitality, and luxury residential segments
Drive end-to-end sales: lead generation → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure
Own revenue targets and maintain strong conversion ratios

2. Relationship Management (Core Focus)

Build and maintain strong networks with architects, interior designers, PMCs, developers, and corporate clients
Develop a referral-driven pipeline within the industry ecosystem
Leverage existing relationships to generate immediate business opportunities

3. Digital + Offline Marketing

Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and targeted outreach
Coordinate with external agencies for content, campaigns, and brand positioning
Represent Archer Interiors at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums

4. Proposal & Commercial Understanding

Prepare capability decks, proposals, and pitch presentations
Work with estimation and execution teams for accurate BOQ inputs and costing
Participate in commercial negotiations and deal closures

5. Pipeline & CRM Management

Maintain structured tracking of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures
Build and manage a strong, visible sales funnel

6. Market Intelligence

Track competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and upcoming projects
Identify new segments and growth opportunities

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)

Minimum 5+ years of core business development experience in interior contracting / fit-out execution companies
Must have personally closed interior projects (not limited to lead generation or coordination roles)
Ability to demonstrate annual revenue contribution (₹ 2Cr-10Cr value of projects closed)
Strong existing network with architects, interior designers, and corporate decision-makers
Practical understanding of BOQs, costing, and execution workflows
Experience in both on-ground BD and digital marketing initiatives

Preferred Profile

Candidates from reputed interior contracting / fit-out firms, architectural firm, PMC firms.
Based in Mumbai with active industry connections
Ability to bring live leads or active relationships

Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

Generate qualified leads within 15–30 days
Close initial projects within 1–2 months
Build a sustainable, revenue-generating pipeline thought the year.

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary + strong performance-linked incentives aligned with revenue generation
