Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Revenue Executive to drive sales growth across Uffizio's telematics solutions by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships while collaborating with internal technical and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and qualify prospective customers.
- Drive sales growth for Uffizio's telematics solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Monitor revenue performance and analyze sales data.
- Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product improvements.
- Support customer retention, account growth, and upselling initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or Technology Solutions sales.
- Ability to analyze revenue data, forecast sales, and manage pipelines using CRM tools or sales analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Prior exposure to Telematics, Fleet Management, Logistics, or related technology domains will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working on-site in Valsad or Surat and engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
