Job Description
Title: E-commerce Specialist
Company: Kohira Lab Grown Diamonds
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)
Location: Surat, Gujrat
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management
- Manage product listings on website and marketplaces
- Ensure accurate product details, pricing, and images
- Update inventory and stock regularly
2. Order Management
- Process daily orders and coordinate dispatch
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order issues
3. Marketplace Handling
- Manage platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Monitor product performance and optimize listings
- Handle customer queries and reviews
4. Sales & Performance
- Track daily sales and performance metrics
- Work on improving conversion rate and product visibility
- Support in running offers and promotional campaigns
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order fulfillment
- Work with marketing team for campaigns and ads
- Ensure smooth backend operations
Key Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
- Good understanding of product listing & order processing
- Excel / basic data handling skills
- Attention to detail and coordination ability
- Good communication skills
