Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation & SEO)
Location: Valsad, Surat and Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary (CTC): Up to ₹70,000 per month
Languages Required: Fluency in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
Role Overview
Uffizio is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation & SEO) to generate qualified B2B leads through Paid Marketing while driving long-term organic growth through SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, AI-powered search optimization, and modern search strategies to improve lead generation, search visibility, and measurable business growth.

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating qualified inbound leads through a combination of Paid Advertising and Organic Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Lead Generation
Google Ads
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Create high-converting landing page strategies.
- Improve Quality Score and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing for advertisements and landing pages.
LinkedIn Ads
- Generate B2B decision-maker leads.
- Build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Run Lead Generation Forms and Conversation Ads.
- Target industries, job titles, and countries strategically.
Meta Ads
- Execute awareness, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Build custom and lookalike audiences.
- Optimize campaign performance based on business objectives.
Campaign Optimization
- Budget allocation
- Audience segmentation

- Weekly optimization reports
SEO
On-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research.
- Optimize website content.
- Improve internal linking.
- Create optimized meta titles and descriptions.

Technical SEO
- Perform website audits.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals.
- Resolve crawl errors.
- Manage XML Sitemaps.
- Optimize Robots.txt.
- Improve indexing.
Content SEO
- Create SEO content briefs.
- Optimize blogs and landing pages.
- Build topic clusters.
- Improve keyword rankings.
- Support multilingual SEO initiatives.
Off-Page SEO
- Acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Execute Digital PR activities.
- Analyze competitor backlinks.
- Build website authority.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for AI-powered answer engines and search experiences.
- Improve featured snippet visibility.
- Create FAQ-focused content.
- Implement Schema Markup.
- Optimize for voice search.
- Conduct question-based keyword research.
- Improve zero-click search visibility.
- Enhance content readability for AI summarization.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for AI assistants and generative search engines.
- Build AI-friendly content structures.
- Develop comprehensive topical authority.
- Create trustworthy, experience-based content.
- Optimize for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Maintain consistent brand and entity information.
- Improve AI citation potential.
- Monitor AI search visibility and referral trends.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Track website performance through Google Search Console.
- Manage Google Tag Manager.
- Create dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for lead management.
- Prepare campaign and SEO reports.
- Monitor lead attribution and conversion tracking.
- Generate monthly performance dashboards.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Software companies.
- Experience managing international marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong understanding of Paid Marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-powered search optimization.
