Job Description

- Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates - Handling cold calling to source candidates - Utilizing negotiation skills to secure top talent - Handling non IT recruitment for various positions - Conducting telecalling to screen and interview candidates - Utilizing excellent recruitment skills to match candidates with suitable roles - Handling HR recruitment responsibilities within the organization - Collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs - Ensuring a smooth recruitment process for all candidates - Utilizing telecalling experience to effectively communicate with potential candidates
