Job Description
Job Title: Partnership Manager
About the Role
The Partnership Manager will lead alliance building across startup ecosystems, VCs, govt bodies, incubators & accelerators. This position drives ecosystem partnerships across international markets and supports cross-border innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global partnership pipeline
- Develop collaborations with VC funds, accelerators & govt bodies
- Manage cross-regional stakeholder engagement
- Lead partnership negotiation & value proposition creation
- Support startup growth through ecosystem activation
- Engage C-suite leaders and government ecosystems
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years experience in partnerships/business development
- Experience in startup/VC/innovation ecosystem preferred
- Global ecosystem awareness (UAE/Middle East advantage)
- Strong communication & stakeholder relationships

₹9,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 CTC + Incentives
