Designation- Operations Associate– Leasing (office Spaces)
Job Location – Noida Sec-135
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities-
• Leasing of the office spaces of the Investor.
• Making relations with Brokers and agencies in Leasing.
• Meeting with the Interested Party for leasing.
• Facilitating the Agreements of the leasing.
• Taking care of the monthly payments and billings of the Lease rent.
• All other activities in relation to leasing and maintaining of the property.
• For compliance’s included Accounting, GST & TDS

Open and ready to travel for meetings with clients and associates in PAN India.
