Role Overview
Bhū Rise Ventures is looking to hire experienced Sales Professionals with 5+ years of proven sales experience to manage client relationships, generate business opportunities, and support customers throughout the investment journey.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Noida Extension Area, requiring close collaboration with the local team and direct involvement in client-focused activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience.
- 35+ years of age preferred.
- Candidates with insurance industry experience will be given higher preference.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, mature, and professionally stable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective clients on a regular basis.
- Meet interested clients and brief them about available projects.
- Organize client visits to project sites and accompany clients to the sites.
- Maintain accurate MIS records.
- Attend training programs organized by company management.
- Represent the company at trade events organized by the company and its associates.
- Represent the company at events organized by industry associations.
- Attend and actively participate in periodic review meetings conducted by the company's management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
