Job Description

- Oversee all maintenance activities for multiple properties
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and assignments
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades and replacements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Collaborate with property managers and other departments to resolve maintenance issues and improve operations.
