- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through phone calls and emails
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations to clients
- Follow up on leads and conduct product demonstrations
- Update customer information in the company database
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth
