Job Description
- Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries and escalations within the organization
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and recruitment processes
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with company regulations
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and facilitate the recruitment process
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with established protocols
- Administer benefits, compensation, and HR information systems
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files
- Stay current on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
