Role Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations at Setlite Engineers Limited, focusing on employee engagement, grievance management, and conducting regular review meetings to ensure employee satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Grievance Management
• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a confidential and professional approach while addressing employee concerns.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate workplace policies to ensure a harmonious work environment.
2. Conducting Review Meetings
• Plan, organize, and conduct periodic employee performance and feedback review meetings.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and align employees with organizational objectives.
• Document discussions and follow up on action plans to improve employee performance and satisfaction.
3. Manpower Planning and Recruitment
• Assist in identifying manpower needs in coordination with department managers.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure proper onboarding and induction of new hires.
4. Policy Implementation
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Communicate policies effectively to all employees.
5. Employee Engagement and Retention
• Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest strategies for retention.
6. HR Compliance and Administration
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and share updates with management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in HR roles, preferably in grievance handling and employee engagement.
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
