Job Purpose
Sorano & Latoya are looking for an energetic and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead revenue-generating sales initiatives across both restaurants. The role will focus on building strong corporate and individual client relationships, driving restaurant bookings and events, developing new business opportunities, and increasing overall revenue through proactive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive restaurant sales through proactive business development and client acquisition.
- Generate bookings for corporate dinners, private events, celebrations, group dining and special occasions.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of corporate clients, HNI customers, event planners and key local influencers.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with corporates, offices, hotels, event agencies, wedding planners and concierge services.
- Pitch Sorano & Latoya for corporate dining, meetings, celebrations and private events.
- Handle event enquiries from initial contact through confirmation and execution.
- Prepare proposals, packages and quotations in coordination with the restaurant team.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries and prospective business.
