Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations and recruitment. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR processes and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Handle HR operations such as employee records, payroll processing, leave management, and employee grievance handling.
● Coordinate and implement HR projects and initiatives.
● Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data integrity.
● Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
● Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
● Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
