Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our coffee products and their unique selling points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the quality and appeal of our coffee offerings.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-7 years of proven sales experience in the coffee manufacturing industry or HORECA/institutional sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the HORECA sector and an existing network of contacts within the industry.
