We are looking for 1 female Candidate for the profile of Sales Manager.
Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager - Sales Operations, based in Delhi with flexibility for occasional remote work.
- The General Manager will oversee sales operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage end-to-end processes for optimal productivity.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating sales strategies, monitoring team performance, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring seamless operations.
- The individual will play a pivotal role in meeting business objectives and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Schedule:
- Morning shift (10 AM to 7 PM)
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus on Target Achievement
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Connaught Place, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Mandate Requirements:
Experience:
- Real estate sales: 3 year (Required)
Language:
- English (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- On client visit basis to Narendra Nagar, Rishikesh (Required)
Other
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and luxury markets with an overall experience of minimum 3 years is mandatory
- Expertise in Operations Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in handling Customer Service inquiries and solutions
- Ability to lead teams and align strategies with organizational goals
- Analytical and decision-making skills to improve operational efficiency
