Job Title: Founder's Office Executive

Company: Humane

Location: Vesu, Surat (On-site)

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Compensation: ₹20,000-₹25,000 per month (with performance-based growth opportunities)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Founder's Office Executive to work closely with the founders and support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple responsibilities, and taking ownership of tasks. The candidate will gradually become the founders' trusted right hand by handling administrative, operational, coordination, and project-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the founders with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Coordinate customer orders, client communication, and follow-ups.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and operational execution.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, reminders, and task tracking for the founders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize business documentation.
  • Use Google Workspace and AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Handle research, data collection, and miscellaneous business tasks as assigned.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce the founders' operational workload.

Candidate Profile

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Operations, Executive Assistance, Administration, Coordination, or similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in using computers, email, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic AI tools (such as ChatGPT).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Looking for a long-term career opportunity and willing to grow with the organization.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
