Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the calendar, meetings, and appointments of senior executives.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritize tasks, and respond on behalf of the executive as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams or external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, team meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support the leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the interior or architecture industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of products, materials, and trends in interiors, architecture, and plywood.

CTC Ranges: Up to 50k (Depending upon your last withdrawn and skill sets)
Experience : 4-8 Years
Location : F213C, Old MB Road, Lado Sarai, New Delhi-110030
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday & 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
