Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager - Pharma Franchise (PCD)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month + incentives
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Location: Delhi
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven professional to expand our PCD franchise network and drive sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new PCD franchise partners.
- Expand distribution network and explore new markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor partner performance and drive consistent business.
- Maintain relationships with franchise partners, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
- Handle partner queries and ensure smooth operations.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Suggest new product opportunities based on market demand.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in pharma sales with PCD/franchise exposure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of pharma distribution and franchise model.
- Ability to manage partners and drive sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
