Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Sales (Cold Chain Warehouse)

Location: Delhi, India

Salary: 12-15 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our cold chain warehousing solutions in Delhi. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in temperature-controlled logistics across industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, dairy, and food processing.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for cold chain warehousing services
  • Identify and acquire new clients requiring temperature-controlled storage and logistics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
  • Participate in industry events, networking meets, and client visits


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cold chain logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services
  • Strong understanding of temperature-controlled storage and distribution
  • Ability to build relationships with clients across industries
