Job Title: Manager – Sales (Cold Chain Warehouse)
Location: Delhi, India
Salary: 12-15 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our cold chain warehousing solutions in Delhi. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in temperature-controlled logistics across industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, dairy, and food processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for cold chain warehousing services
- Identify and acquire new clients requiring temperature-controlled storage and logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Participate in industry events, networking meets, and client visits
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cold chain logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services
- Strong understanding of temperature-controlled storage and distribution
- Ability to build relationships with clients across industries
