Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Experience: 3–4 Years

About Role

We are looking for an exceptionally driven Client Servicing Manager who understands that great client servicing in the creative industry goes far beyond emails, follow-ups, and status updates.

This role sits at the intersection of Client Management, Video Production, Creative Thinking, and Project Delivery.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a client brief, visualise what the final video should look like, translate that vision into clear direction for the creative team, and drive the project from brief → scripting → storyboard → production → post-production → final delivery.

You will work closely with video editors, motion graphic designers, animators, and creative teams, ensuring that the output is creatively strong, technically sound, and delivered within timelines.

If you can watch a piece of footage and immediately think about how it can be cut, structured, animated, enhanced, and turned into a compelling story, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

1. Client Management & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
Understand client requirements, objectives, expectations, and deadlines.
Conduct client discussions and translate conversations into clear creative briefs.
Present ideas, scripts, storyboards, and creative directions confidently.
Handle feedback professionally and ensure it is translated accurately to the creative team.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication.
Keep clients updated on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Video Production & Creative Understanding

Work closely with editors, motion graphic designers, and animators throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand different types of video footage, shots, transitions, pacing, music, graphics, animation, and storytelling techniques.
Have a strong understanding of what is possible in post-production and motion graphics.
Review raw footage and identify the strongest shots, sequences, and storytelling opportunities.
Understand how footage can be structured to create a compelling narrative.
Guide the editing team with a clear understanding of the desired output.
Identify opportunities for motion graphics, animation, typography, transitions, visual effects, and other post-production enhancements.
Ensure that the final output is aligned with the creative intent and client brief.

3. Scripting & Storyboarding

Participate actively in the conceptualisation, scripting, and storyboarding of video projects.
Develop and refine video narratives in collaboration with the creative team.
Understand how to structure a story for different formats and audiences.
Convert a broad client requirement into a clear visual narrative.
Communicate ideas through references, moodboards, storyboards, and visual examples.
Have the ability to explain why a particular visual or storytelling approach will work.

4. Project & Delivery Management

Own projects from initial briefing to final delivery.
Coordinate between clients, creative teams, editors, animators, and other stakeholders.
Create and maintain project timelines and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely movement of projects through scripting, editing, review, and approval stages.
Track feedback and revisions systematically.
Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
Be available and responsive during critical project delivery periods.
Take ownership of deadlines — not just the communication around them.

What We are Looking for

MUST-HAVE

3–4 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Video Production, Creative Production, or Project Management.
Mandatory experience working with an Event Management Company, Video Production House, Creative Agency, or similar content-driven organisation.
Strong understanding of video editing and post-production workflows.
Keen visual sense and the ability to visualise the final output before it is created.
Strong understanding of footage selection, editing, sequencing, pacing, and storytelling.
Good understanding of motion graphics and animation workflows.
Ability to work closely with editors and motion graphic artists and get the best creative output from them.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong scripting and storytelling ability.
Ability to understand and contribute to storyboards.
Excellent project ownership and delivery discipline.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.

A BIG PLUS

Candidates with hands-on knowledge of any of the following will have an added advantage:

Understanding of AI-assisted video production and emerging creative technologies

You don't necessarily need to be a full-time editor or animator — but you must understand the craft well enough to know what a good editor or animator can achieve.

Can manage multiple moving parts without losing control of timelines, feedback, or quality.

Well-spoken & confident
Comfortable interacting with senior clients and presenting ideas in a clear, articulate manner.
