Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Associate (Retail Acquisition – Fundraising)
Location:
- Bangalore
- Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Fundraising, Telesales, Telemarketing, Outbound Sales, or Business Development

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associate to acquire new donors through outbound calling campaigns. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into donors, and contributing to fundraising targets to support child rights initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors from the provided database
- Acquire new donors for various fundraising campaigns
- Make 200–250 calls daily to achieve assigned targets
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed donors
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize donor conversions
- Achieve monthly targets in terms of donor count and revenue
- Maintain accurate call records and campaign updates
- Represent CRY’s mission and initiatives professionally
