Job Description
Position: Audit Engineer - Electrical Infrastructure
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Candidates domiciled in Maharashtra preferred)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Audit Engineer to support quality, safety, compliance, and operational assessment activities across electrical infrastructure and utility projects. The ideal candidate will conduct field audits, verify compliance with industry standards, prepare audit reports, and collaborate with project teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections and technical audits across electrical infrastructure projects.
- Verify compliance with approved procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action recommendations.
- Maintain accurate audit documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Participate in quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support the implementation of governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Assist in conducting awareness sessions, training programs, and technical workshops.
- Utilize digital reporting tools and mobile applications for audit documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, field operations, audits, inspections, quality assurance, safety, or compliance.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, infrastructure, and utility operations.
- Familiarity with safety standards, quality management systems, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
