Position: Sales Executive – Perfume & Fragrance

Company: Springfield Aromatics Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mumbai / Gujarat / Rajasthan / South India

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing (Fragrances & Aromatics)

Salary: 5 LPA

Experience: 1-2 Years

About the Role

Springfield Aromatics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the perfume and fragrance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize revenue.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fragrance solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Product Promotion

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's fragrance and aroma product portfolio.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Support new product launches and promotional initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fragrances, perfumes, aroma chemicals, flavours, FMCG ingredients, or specialty chemicals.
  • Experience in fragrance or aroma ingredient sales will be an added advantage.
