Location: West Delhi

Pay Scale: ₹2,40,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (based on experience & skills)

Laptop: Must own a personal laptop — non-negotiable requirement

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on web development experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Website Developer who can independently build, manage, and optimise websites for our clients. You should be equally comfortable setting up a Shopify store, customising a WordPress theme, and writing clean HTML/CSS/JS when the situation demands it. You won't just be a button-pusher — we want someone who thinks about UX, page speed, and conversion while they build.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Development

Build and customise Shopify stores from scratch or using existing themes.
Set up product catalogues, collections, discount rules, and shipping settings.
Customise Liquid templates and integrate third-party apps as needed.
Optimise PDPs (Product Detail Pages) for conversion — layout, trust signals, CTAs.

WordPress Development

Build, manage, and update WordPress websites using page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.).
Theme customisation, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
Set up WooCommerce stores where required.
Ensure websites are fast, mobile-friendly, and free of errors.

Custom / Code-Based Development

Write clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom pages, landing pages, and components.
Build landing pages optimised for ad campaigns — low load time, high conversion rate.
Implement tracking pixels, scripts, and integrations (Meta Pixel, GTM, Hotjar, etc.).

General Web Management

Maintain and update client websites on an ongoing basis.
Conduct basic website audits — speed, mobile responsiveness, broken links, form checks.
Coordinate with designers to bring mockups to life accurately.
Manage hosting, domain settings, and SSL configurations.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience building websites on Shopify, WordPress, and/or custom code.
Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript — you can open the code editor without panicking.
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail — pixel-perfect matters to us.
Good communication skills — you'll work directly with our team and occasionally with clients.
Must own a functional personal laptop. This is a firm requirement for this role.

Bonus Skills — Not Required, But Highly Valued

Performance Marketing exposure — understanding of how landing pages connect to ad campaigns and what makes a page convert.
SEO knowledge — on-page optimisation, meta tags, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, and sitemap setup.
Experience with Shopify Liquid templating language beyond basic edits.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel setup, or analytics tool configuration.
