Job Description
Skill - Must have good communication skill in English & Hindi.
Must have 6 months experience in Telesales/Receptionist/admission Counsellor.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Oriental products and services
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls
- Provide product information and pricing details to interested customers
- Update customer information in the company database
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Report on sales activity and achievements to management on a regular basis
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities
