Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates for various job positions
- Explain job opportunities and company benefits to candidates
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in CRM system
- Follow up with candidates to gather feedback after interviews
- Collaborate with recruitment team to meet hiring targets
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Meet daily and weekly call targets to contribute to overall recruitment goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
