Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Gujarat & Delhi

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote (Field Sales Role)

Industry: Electronics Components & Kitting Solutions

Experience: 2–4 Years

Compensation: CTC: ₹4–6 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to expand our client base across Gujarat and Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a career in the Semiconductor, Electronic Components, and Lighting Solutions industry through a field-oriented sales role.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical understanding, B2B sales expertise, and market knowledge, enabling them to effectively promote products, build long-term customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Product Portfolio

The role involves promoting the company's portfolio, including:

Electronic Components
Semiconductor Products
Audio Amplifier ICs
Sound IC Solutions
LED Drivers
Lighting Solutions
Customized Kitting Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales of electronic components, semiconductor products, and lighting solutions within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, EMS companies, and electronic product manufacturers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular meetings and follow-ups.
Promote the company's Sound IC Division and Lighting product portfolio.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and customer support.
Achieve assigned sales targets while expanding market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the electronics and semiconductor industry.
Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, technical seminars, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer information.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualification

Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with strong electronics sales experience may also be considered, even without an engineering qualification.

Experience

2–4 years of experience in B2B sales of Electronic Components, LED Lighting Products, or Semiconductor Products.
Experience working with OEMs, EMS companies, Lighting Manufacturers, or Electronic Product Manufacturers is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of:

Audio Amplifier ICs
IC Datasheets and Pin Configuration
PCB fundamentals
LED Drivers
Semiconductor products
Electronic component applications

Customer Segments

The candidate will interact with customers including:

LED Lighting Manufacturers
Toy Manufacturers
Electrical Switch Industries
