Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: South India (Work From Home with Extensive Travel)

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (South) to drive sales of our medical bed actuators and healthcare motion solutions across South India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and expanding the company's presence within the healthcare and medical equipment industry. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel to customer locations while working remotely.

The role involves promoting the company's healthcare motion solutions, including:
- Medical Bed Actuators
- Hospital Bed Motion Solutions
- ICU Bed Actuators
- Homecare Bed Actuators
- Medical Furniture Motion Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of medical bed actuators used in hospital beds, ICU beds, homecare beds, and medical furniture.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospital bed manufacturers, medical equipment OEMs, distributors, and dealers.
- Travel extensively to customer and prospect locations for business meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and techno-commercial discussions with prospective customers.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while expanding market presence across the allocated territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in medical exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to generate business leads and strengthen brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
Work Mode
- Work From Home role.
- No daily office reporting is required.
- Regular and extensive travel to customer and prospect locations is mandatory.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Medical Devices, Hospital Equipment, Actuators, Healthcare Products, or Industrial Products.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and field sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate in more than one South Indian language.
- Basic technical understanding or the ability to quickly learn medical and mechanical products.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Sales & Marketing is preferred.
