Job Description
- Install and configure security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair security system components
- Perform scheduled maintenance on security systems
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone or in person
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design custom security solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology
- Document all installation and maintenance activities in detailed reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
