Erekrut is seeking a passionate Talent Scout- Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, strong communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers, and the ability to build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates. The Talent Scout- Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the interview process and making recommendations for hiring decisions. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Description

- Source and recruit top talent through various channels
- Create and maintain relationships with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with candidates and hiring managers.

Salary: 30k - 40k per Month
