As a Staffing Specialist at Wipro, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. In this role, you will also be responsible for building relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Interview and assess potential candidates
- Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Negotiate and extend job offers
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records
